Photo I Course Description

Below you will find a copy of this year's Course Description & Expectations.  Read through it thoroughly, initial where indicated, and then you and your parents need to sign the form at the end and answer the attached questions.  The Camera Checkout Contract is optional but be aware that you will not be allowed to borrow any school equipment until you have one completed on file.  Once you have completed your packet turn it in to Ms.Y.
